Agency users can reset password for their Sub Accounts from their Agency Account. In order to reset your Sub Account password go to Sub Accounts and click Edit next to the account you want to reset the password for.
Enter a new password to reset Password for this Sub-Account, re-type the new password to Password Confirm. Click Save.
