No, Vidently Agency is an Upgrade for Vidently Standard i.e. Vidently Personal or Vidently Commercial License.
Once you Upgrade to Vidently Agency you can use the Vidently Licenses for your Vidently Software as long as your Vidently Personal or Vidently Commercial License is active. You will not need to pay any additional fee for the Agency Licenses.
