Vidently Agency Upgrade gives you 4 additional Agency License keys. But you must have a Standard License first which is a Vidently Personal or a Vidently Commercial License.
So if you see your Agency Licenses are expired there are 2 possible reasons behind it:
1. May be you don't have a Standard License which is the main product. So please buy a Vidently Personal or a Vidently Commercial License in order to be able to use the Agency Licenses.
2. Or, may be your main product the Vidently Personal or Vidently Commercial License is expired. In that case, you need to renew your subscription.
