In order to get access to Amazon S3 Storage, you need to have an AWS (Amazon Web Service) Account. In case you don't have an AWS Account, you can create your AWS Account by visiting their website here: https://aws.amazon.com
Or, you can directly create your AWS Account from their AWS Management Console Login Page here: https://signin.aws.amazon.com
Once you've created your account and logged in, click the drop down arrow next to Services, then select S3 under Storage.
