1. Once you upgrade to Motioney Agency/Enterprise, Login your Explaindio Member Account inside your Motioney Software and restart the software. Here is the support article which might help you to understand the Login process: How Can I Login My User On Motioney Software?

2. When done, simply check any of the Motioney Agency/Enterprise features if that has been activated in your Motioney Software. 

Here is the easiest method:

On top right corner of your dashboard look for CREATE A FOLDER option to create client folders. 

You should be able to create client folders using this CREATE A FOLDER option.
