If your Explaindio Membership Account is logged in on multiple browsers, make sure you logged out your account on all of your browsers then try again.
If you still encounter the same issue, may be your password reset attempt was not successful. In such case, try with your previous password once again. If you still can't login, please clear cache, delete cookies of your browser/s and try resetting your password once again.
