Open up your Vidicious Software. Make sure you logged in your Membership Account inside the Vidicious software.

Click Menu and go to Settings.

Under Video click the resolution list. With Standard you will have only up-to 720p. If you see 1080p and up-to 4K resolution in your Resolution list your Vidicious Agency is active.
