We have all our files uploaded on Amazon S3 and thus the chances of connectivity issue is very minimum at our end. The reason the download gets interrupted is due to internet connectivity issue as it will be interrupted if there is a small fluctuation/disconnection in your connectivity. To overcome this, you can follow this suggestion.
1. Restart your router/modem and computer.
2. Download Firefox browser and install "DownloadThemAll" addon. (Note: we do not endorse any product. You can use any internet download software).
3. Then open member's area and download the software through the above addon.
