I'm afraid, ScriptVocalizer is a Text To Speech module.

You need to give the script in your specific language to convert into speech. 

However, you can use Google Translate to translate your scripts and use that translated scripts inside ScriptVocalizer. ScriptVocalizer accepts texts/scripts translated by Google Translate.
