Notes

Just because you are able to install a 64-bit OS on your system doesn't mean your system architecture is 64 based. It is possible to install a 64-bit OS on a very old system like Core 2 Due etc if the system has a higher RAM. But such system will not support the software. You may be able to install but it will not be able to run the software correctly. Simply because your system architecture is not 64-bit which is required for the software. [*-1]

A Core is the physical cores inside each physical processor. A thread is an internal core within the physical core of a processor. Usually the threads are 2X the number of physical cores in a processor. [*-2]

CPUs older than Core i3 might be able to install and run 64-bit OS but they are missing a vital part which is required for the new generation software built for 64 bit architecture. The system CPU must have 2 CPU Cores to enable hyper-threading and 2 threads for each CPU where a total thread count of 4. [*-3]

It's a highly system friendly software in term of Graphics. We found the software working very well on much older graphics cards even with internal memory as long as the system is able to provide sufficient graphic memory to run HD videos. But we don't recommend graphics cards older than Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 [*-4]

With the default installation settings with installation directory on Drive C in Windows. [*-5]

If you are using from behind a managed network firewall you may need to allow the software on your managed network firewall in order to allow it to talk with our live server to get validation token and populate cloud libraries. [*-6]

Based on your managed anti-virus settings you may need to add the software executable and/or the installation directory folder in your anti-virus exception list. [*-7]

Steps To Follow

Failed to Meet Minimum Hardware Requirement (OS, CPU, Graphics):

If your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements starting from OS till Graphics, most likely you wouldn't be able to use Doodleoze very well or may suffer serious performance issue. In such case:

1. You may try using Doodleoze on your second computer if you have any.

2. Upgrade your system to meet these minimum requirements i.e. install an additional RAM, if are running 32-bit OS but your system is 64-bit, consider installing a 64-bit OS.

3. If you are unable to fulfill step 1-2, you better hurry and file a refund request to our support department immediately before your money back guarantee period is expired.

Be aware, you wouldn't be eligible for a refund if you don't contact support to file your refund request within your money back guarantee period.

Failed To Meet Minimum Asset Based System Requirements (Graphics Driver, Display, Storage, Network, Antivirus etc):

Most of these parts you can overcome and in fact you can fix them yourself. So, if your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements or failed to match any of these system settings, here are some steps to follow:

1. Install correct Graphics Driver. If you have an old system way to install your Graphics Driver is via Windows Live Update or download specific driver for your graphics card from Microsoft®Update Catalog site.

2. If your display resolution is not correct simply set the correct resolution by going to settings.

3. Not having enough storage is very rare. But still if you don't have minimum required storage space simply delete some unnecessary files and empty the required space.

4. Contact your ISP to increase your bandwidth.

5. Contact your System Administrator to add exception for the software on your managed firewall. If you are using client based or un-managed firewall example: Windows Firewall, you can add it yourself. You can easily search the steps on Google and do it yourself. Or contact our support department for any further assistance.

6. Contact your System Administrator to white-list the software on your managed anti-virus software. If you are using client based or un-managed anti-virus example: Windows Defender, you can add it yourself. You can easily search the steps on Google and do it yourself. Or contact our support department for any further assistance.
