There could to 2 possible reasons behind this:


1. You have more than one Explaindio Membership accounts. In that case, make sure you logged in all of your Membership accounts one by one and look into the correct account.


2. You used a different access email during your purchase which created a new account. So, your new purchases are added on that newly created account.
