While creating a file if your file creation got stuck, i.e. the file is processing forever, here are the troubleshooting steps to follow:

Note: If it throws an error like "Invalid request", make sure you do not use any symbols like <, >, etc. You can remove any symbol and try to process.

1. First make sure you have some time to complete processing. If you are a PRO or Business user and gave a large script input, it may take some time to finish processing.

2. If you did wait for a fair amount of time but the file creation still keeps processing, it's likely the file is stuck. In such a case, you'd need to delete the stuck file and try re-creating it.

3. When you are re-creating the file, please use a different name.

4. Don't use special characters in the name field.

5. Use a shorter name with a few characters only.

6. Go through your script before entering it in the text editor and make sure to remove all unnecessary formatting or special characters i.e. any unnecessary hyphens, commas, inverted commas, exclamations, stars, dots or any type of fancy formatting.

7. If you are a PRO user and using Import from URL, after importing the text make sure to remove all unnecessary formatting or special characters from the text i.e. any unnecessary hyphens, commas, inverted commas, exclamations, stars, dots, or any type of fancy formatting.

8. If you are a Business user and trying to upload a .txt file with a script, make sure to remove all unnecessary formatting or special characters from the text i.e. any unnecessary hyphens, commas, inverted commas, exclamations, stars, dots, or any type of fancy formatting.

9. If you were using the local storage and got stuck, make sure you add cloud storage like Google Drive or DropBox and use any of your cloud storage to create your file and not the local storage.
