No, VidVamp Agency is an Upgrade for VidVamp Standard i.e. VidVamp Personal or VidVamp Commercial License.

Once you Upgrade to VidVamp Agency you can use the Agency Licenses for your VidVamp Software as long as your VidVamp Personal or VidVamp Commercial License is active. You will not need to pay any additional fee for the Agency Licenses.
